A public service hall will be constructed in the town of Zugdidi of Samegrelo region in the western part of the country. Georgian president laid a special capsule into the foundation of the planned construction today. 
3,8 magnitude quake has stricken Georgia. Seismologists reported, the epicenter of the quake was at the village of Tsinarekhi, some 23 kilometers from capital Tbilisi.
Georgian president inspected a grain drying facility in the village of Tsalikari of Samegrelo Region in the Western part of the country today. On his way Mikheil Saakashvili met locals and invited them to go to inspect the facility with him. 
Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili handed over Compatriot Documents to the representatives of Georgian Diasporas yesterday. The meeting was held in the president`s administration in Georgia`s capital Tbilisi.
