Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia has released a special statement regarding the detention of Beka Tsobekhia - main suspect in the murder of young actor and theatre director Giorgi Pochkhua. The statement says that Tsobekhia will be charged with premeditated murder, which is the 108-th article of the criminal code of Georgia.
