Tbilisi is preparing for the festivities dedicated to the Independence Day on May 26. A grand concert will be held on Rustaveli Avenue - Sukhishvili National Ballet will perform a new concert on this day together with the Evgeni Mikeladze state orchestra. Georgia marks 94th anniversary of its independence on may 26.
Bells rang in all churches of Kutaisi today, where the locals are marking the day of the city. Bishop Calistrate conducted holy rite at the Bagrati Temple, where the restoration works are still underway.
