Session of the parliament bureau was held at the parliament today, where the lawmakers spoke about the agenda of the discussion of government`s new program after the cabinet reshuffle and the funding of the office of the new state minister for employment.
Chairperson of the parliament of Georgia Davit Bakradze says the key task of the new action plan of the government of Georgia is reduction of unemployment and solution of social problems. Davit Bakradze commented on the new program presented by the candidate of prime minister Vano Merabishvili before the beginning of the parliament bureau sitting today.
Nominated Prime Minister of Georgia Vano Merabishvili presented the new action plan of the government to society at the meeting, which was held outside the professional colleague in Gldani district, which is under construction currently.
President of the European Council Herman Van Rompuy will visit Georgia on July 4th, 2012. High-rank meetings will be held with President Saakashvili and parliament chairperson Davit Bakradze within the official visit.
The leader of the Georgian Dream opposition coalition, Bidzina Ivanishvili nominated the four candidates, who will run in the single-mandate elections in the Mtskheta-Mtianeti Region. Ivanishvili introduced the four candidates to his supporters at the demonstration held in Mtskheta yesterday.
