The management of the bakery Kapricho employed 20 people after taking the loan with the mediation of the Tbilisi government. The mayor`s office launched the project of local business development four years ago. Over 50 enterprises have used the cheap loans from commercial banks with the help of the government. The program continues and any business can apply to the Tbilisi government with specific projects.
