Detailed information and historic data about one hundred historic monuments of Georgia is now available for the visitors of the Google map website from now on.
The presentation of the project implemented by the National Register Agency and the National Agency of Monument Protection of Georgia was held today.
Google map includes information about the exact location of the monuments, history and all other data. The authors of the project expect growth of tourist interest to Georgia soon. The information and photo material were collected for past few years by the two agencies.
In addition, the authorities say they will update information about new constructions in Georgia on the website.
