Inauguration of so-called president held in Tskhinvali

The swearing-in ceremony of the so-called president of Georgia`s breakaway Tskhinvali Region Leonid Tibilov was held today.
Guests from Russia, Nicaragua, Venezuela and Georgia`s another occupied region Abkhazia attended the ceremony in Tskhinvali.
Representatives of the pygmy countries, which have recognized independence of South Ossetia also arrived in Tskhinvali.
The Russian delegation was headed by Sergei Narishkin, the speaker of the Russian parliament. He handed over congratulation letters from Russian President Vladimir Putin and Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev to Tibilov.
