Enterpreneurs hail Burjanadze`s accession to Georgian Dream coalition
Opposition party the Industry Will Save Georgia hails the possibility of accession of Nino Burjanadze into the Bidzina Ivanishvili`s coalition Georgian Dream. Zurab Tkemaladze of the party reviewed political developments in the country at the press conference held at the Prime Time press club today.
Tkemaladze thinks that Nino Burjanadze is a strong political figure and therefore, her membership in the coalition will be only fruitful for the opposition union.
Zurab Tkemaladze also voiced the position of the Entrepreneurs party regarding the constitutional amendments about the electoral rights of the citizens of EU member states, which were initiated by the Christian Democrats last months aiming to simplify granting Georgian citizenship to Bidzina Ivanishvili.
Tkemaladze said Bidzina Ivanishvili should be granted Georgian citizenship by the naturalization way of the Georgian legislation and not by the amendments to the constitution.
