Two from Georgian NGOs to attend NATO Chicago Summit

Two members of Georgian non-governmental organizations were selected by the NATO special jury to attend the Chicago Summit. Nato Bachiashvili, the member of the International Center of Geopolitical Surveys and Giorgi Gamkrelidze, the representatives of the New Generation, New Initiative NGO will attend all sessions and all press conferences in Chicago. NATO jury selected twenty young people from around the world and two of them are Georgians. They submitted video ads on peace and security issues to the jury.
The Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance has begun inspection at the municipal company The City of Lights, which works on lighting systems in the capital. The inspectors took away all financial documents from the company.
Majority MPs will try to overcome the vetoed draft amendments to the Law on General Courts today. Lawmakers say they need 89 votes to nullify the president`s veto, however, they say the will gain the support of 89 MPs without problems.
