Georgian citizens can register any document and order any service on this web-site, even if they are abroad, however, for this service they must have new electronic ID cards, computer connected to internet and special equipment, which can read the ID cards. Data exchange agency of the Ministry of Justice worked with the two companies - Microsoft and HP during a year to make the new portal of public service.
