Georgia`s National Bureau of Enforcement interested in Cartu Group owners

National Bureau of Enforcement, acting in line with the Law of Georgia on Enforcement, has started enforcement of the Writ issued by the Tbilisi City Court, which obligates Bidzina Ivanishvili to pay the fine of 74,325,065.65 GEL to the State Budget.
On June 21, 2012, according to the Law of Georgia on Enforcement, the National Bureau of Enforcement requested Cartu Group JSC to disclose information about the shareholders of the company. Up to now, Nodar Javakhishvili - director of Cartu Group JSC and the Cartu Bank JSC fails to comply with the legitimate request of the bailiff.
National Bureau of Enforcement hopes that Cartu Group JSC and his director will comply with the requirements of the law.
