Merabishvili introduces new minister of employment

Nominated Prime Minister of Georgia Vano Merabishvili presented the new action plan of the government to society at the meeting, which was held outside the professional colleague in Gldani district, which is under construction currently.

Vano Merabishvili said the new program of the government was focused on the solution of social problems. He said three billion GEL was allocated for the funding of health care and social programs, four billions - for agriculture sector. Vano Merabishvili also voiced a new initiative - he said every family will get 1000 GEL voucher from 2013. The new program of social assistance will be intended for four years.

`I`ll fight against unemployment exactly as I was fighting against corruption and crime for years,` Merabishvili said at the presentation.

PM`s candidate also presented a new minister of employment, Paata Trapaidze. The institute of a new minister was demanded by President Saakashvili two days ago.
