New composition of the Cabinet announced

New composition of the cabinet after the reshuffle has been reported by the press speaker of the president of Georgia Manana Manjgaladze. Manjgaladze said the former defense minister Bacho Akhalaia will assume the office of the minister of internal affairs, after the previous minister was appointed prime minister of Georgia. Bacho Akhalaia will replace Vano Merabishvili on this position; minister of education of Georgia will become the minister of defense, while the newly appointed director of the National Assessment and Examination Center, Khatia Dekanoidze will become take the position of the education minister.
Another new face has also emerged in the cabinet - Dali Khomeriki will replace Koba Subeliani on the position of the minister of accommodation and IDPs. Khomeriki was so far them minister of education and culture of the Abkhazian legitimate government.
Another new face in the Cabinet is Paata Trapaidze, who was introduced to the society by the candidate of PM Ivane Merabishvili yesterday. Paata Trapaidze is the candidate of the state minister of employment. This is the new office of the state minister initiated by the president of Georgia three days ago.
Manana Manjgaladze said the new program of the government will be introduced to the parliament of Georgia for confirmation along with the new composition of the cabinet. The top priorities of the action plan is employment, agriculture and healthcare sectors.
