46-year-old man wounded by gunshot in Tbilisi

Health condition of 46-year-old Archil Dekanozishvili, who was transferred with three gunshot wounds to the Republican Hospital of Tbilisi today.
Doctors said the patient had several injuries inflicted on his chest, in result of which he lost a large amount of blood at the crime scene, therefore his health condition deteriorated.
The man underwent an urgent surgery, which lasted about 5 hours. He has already been transferred to the resuscitation department and doctors assess his condition as difficult but stable.
As reported, the incident followed a scuffle that took place between Archil Dekanozishvili and the persons accused of wounding him. Law enforcers said the scuffle arose over the money the accused persons owed the wounded man.
Locals living in the yard where the incident took place said the scuffle lasted for about an hour after what the accused persons left but returned again in few hours. They drove into the yard on a black Jeep and opened fire to Archil Dekanozishvili from it.
Law enforcers refrain from releasing details of the incident until the investigation is over. As reported, three people are being wanted by the police.
