The OSCE Parliamentary Assembly has approved the resolution calling on OSCE participating States to support the safe and dignified return of IDPs within Georgia and its occupied territories. In the document Georgia`s two regions - Abkhazia and Tskhinvali - have been officially mentioned as occupied territories.
The resolution, co-sponsored by 36 parliamentarians from 9 different countries, reiterates many of the objectives of the Geneva Discussions but puts specific emphasis on the repatriation of internally displaced persons and granting EUMM access to the regions of Abkhazia and South Ossetia in Georgia.
At today`s sitting, member of Georgian delegation Gigi Tsereteli was elected a vice-president of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly. Most members of the assembly voted for him while the Russian mo received least votes.

In the interview with a Georgian newspaper Kvela Siakhle, Ramzan Kadiyev spoke about the details of the offer. Mikael Kadiyev was arrested for preparing a terror attack in Georgia and afterwards was charged with illegal keeping of arms.
