Political parties to submit electoral registers until tomorrow

Time for political parties to submit their electoral registers to the Central Election Commission (CEC) of Georgia is running out.
Political parties or party blocs are supposed to submit their party lists and registration documents of single-mandate candidates until 6 p.m. tomorrow (September 1, 2012).
The Central Election Commission will make the official data public on September 6, 2012.
Those candidates, who are holding government`s official positions, have to resign until September 3, 2012. After that the parties electoral registers will be checked.
According to the law, one person cannot be registered in two party electoral registers, moreover, narcological certificates must be attached to the lists of single-mandate candidates submitted to the CEC.
