The minibus, which was taking supporters of the ruling party National Movement from Zugdidi to Abasha, was assaulted. Reportedly, three drunken men stood on the road, though the driver managed to evade them and then parked the vehicle, but was assaulted when he got out of the bus. The drunken men threw stones and the bus and beat up the driver. Police arrested two of them immediately and the third one only after a couple of hours, as he tried to run away from the place of the incident. The detainees say they are the activists of the Georgian Dream Coalition and that their aggression was caused by the sticker of the ruling party stuck on the minibus.
