Central Election Commission has voted for the draft regulations on video control of the process of elections and adopted the document with ten votes against two. According to the CEC ruling, video capturing of the process of vote is free for ten minutes since the beginning of recording and after ten minutes the video cameras must be placed no closer than three meters from the ballot box. Special places will be allocated for videos at every polling station. The new regulations do not refer to video control with mobile phones. The representatives of the Conservative and Industrialists` party were the only members of the CEC who voted against the new regulations, which turned out unacceptable for non-governmental organizations too.
