Student arrested for hooliganism has been released from court hall
Tbilisi City Court has ruled on the case of Aleksandre Tsagareli and released him from the session hall after fining with 400 GEL. Tsagereli is the member of the students` organization Laboratory 1918, who was arrested for swearing at patrol police officers at the rally outside the grand concert hall last night. The defense demanded interrogation of witnesses and deciphering of video footage taken by street cameras, but they say judge rejected all motions and fined the student.
Nine persons have been arrested within the investigation launched after finding the scandalous videos of human torture and sexual abuse. The videos were along weapons and drugs in a secret store in Samegrelo last week.
