NGO New Generation-New Initiative to monitor elections

Non-governmental organizations New Generation - New Initiative will have 1,200 monitors at the parliamentary elections. The NGO will send them to all 73 constituencies. The NGO will also conduct parallel vote count on the day of elections. The representatives of the organization reported their plans at the briefing today. They signed a monitors` code of conduct today, which determines authority, duties and responsibilities of the election observers.
