Three students were arrested by police last night when they were making inscriptions on the walls of buildings in Tbilisi streets. Nikoloz Chomakhashvili, Giorgi Arsabashvili and Tornike Khetagurashvili were objecting to the draft amendments to the Law on Higher Education.
