Zurab Marakvelidze will be parliament staff chief

Member of the Republican Party of Georgia, Zurab Marakvelidze will be the chief of the parliament staff - Georgian Dream coalition has announced. The first session of the parliament of the 8th convocation will be held in Kutaisi on October 21. The GD leaders have already monitored the new building of parliament and concluded that the session hall is ready for holding sessions. Members of the majority plan to conduct final monitoring of the session hall tomorrow to be sure that the session will be held without obstructions. The list of the issues, which will be discussed by the lawmakers at the first session, has been also announced - the parliament will elect speaker, vice speakers and chairpersons of committees and factions.
