Patarkatsishvili`s family regains Imedi TV company for 0,3 GEL

Family of the late tycoon, Badri Patarkatsishvili has regained the possession of the TV-Radio Company Imedi for a symbolic price - 0.3 GEL - web portal media.ge has reported. According to the documents obtained from the public register data base, the former owners of the Georgian Media Production Group, which is a company managing the TV-radio company, have sold their shares to the widow of Badri Patarkatsishvili, Ina Gudavadze for 0,3 GEL each. Giorgi Arveladze, Giorgi Korakhashvili and Giorgi Mikeladze have been paid 0,1 GEL. One more owner of the company shares, Joseph Kay, who is the relative of the late tycoon, has kept his shares in the company.
