Candidate for Georgia`s Finance Minister on budgetary funds

There is Gel 200 million and not 2 billion in the state budget of Georgia, - Candidate for Georgia`s Finance Minister Nodar Khaduri said at the meeting of Candidate for Prime Minister with the parliamentary minority in Kutaisi today.
"Yesterday at the session of the budget and finance parliamentary committee I said that funds for the agriculture sphere will be risen from the budget. I also confirmed that private investments will be attracted to assist farmers", he said. "And one ore thing - there is Gel 200 million and not 2 billion in the state treasury", Mr. Khduri said adding that for the last nine months only 75 percent of the budget was fulfilled.
Attorneys of the UNM secretary general Vano Merabishvili and president`s representative to the Kakheti Region will appeal the ruling of the Kutaisi city court by 3 p.m. today.
Prime Minister of Georgia Bidzina Ivanishvili has confirmed that the detention of former Prime Minister Vano Merabishvili was briefly discussed at the meeting with diplomatic corps today.
