Over 30 prisoners leave prison under early release

Over 30 inmates were released from the N12 prison late last night. The convicts, who were discharged from prison under the early release, said they learnt about the decision a few hours before.
The new minister of corrections and legal assistance of Georgia, Sozar Subari says the process of early release will continue today. Several tens of prisoners left prisons a few days ago too.
About three hindred prisoners will be dismissed from various prisons under early release during the next few days. The officials say the early release will refer to the convicts who have positive recommendations and part of their sentence served. MInister Subari says the article of the criminal code, according to which the early release takes place, has not been specified.
