Georgia`s Energy Minister introduces three new deputies
Minister for Energy and Natural Resources of Georgia Kakha Kaladze introduced new deputy ministers to media today. Mrs. Mariam Valishvili, Mr. Ilia Eloshvili and Mr. Gia Kavtaradze have assumed the new positions.
Mr. Gia Kavtaradze, who is the first deputy minister, worked as a Justice Minister and Chairman of Central Election Commission at different times. He has work experience in international organizations, as well.
Mrs. Mariam Valishvili has 12 year work experience in Energy Sector. She worked in different energy companies, including JSC “Telasi” and “Georgian Oil and Gas Corporation”. As well in Fund “Millennium Challenge Georgia Fund” and “United States Agency for International Development” (USAID) by energy project direction. Mrs. Mariam Valishvili has been working in the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources as Deputy Minister since 2008.
Mr. Ilia Eloshvili has several years of work experience in energy sector. He worked in “New Energy”, “United Distribution Company”, “Wissol Gas Distribution Company” and “PA Consulting Group”, as well in the Fund “Millennium Challenge Georgia Fund” at several leading positions.
