A special commission will look into the process of IDPs` intrusion into various commercial or state-owned buildings. Civil sector and NGOs are working with the representatives of the Ministry of IDPs and Resettlement to learn the problems of the families participating in the series of protests and clarify if the process is really tied with the problems of the IDPs or is organized by some groups to cause provocations.
According to the recent data, the commission has already studied cases of about 50% of the 1,600 IDP families. They say there are several categories of IDPs; some already have rooms and apartments but complain about bad conditions; others really need to be provided with lodgings.
