Deputy Minister of Defense appointed deputy minister of justice
Staff change has been reported from the ministry of defense - Minister Irakli Alasania has confirmed that his deputy, Aleksandre Burchuladze has resigned due to his appointment as the deputy minister of Justice. Minister says his functions will be handed over to another deputy minister, Zaza Broladze.
Aleksandre Burchuladze assumed office of the deputy minister of defense on October 31.
Nine persons have been arrested within the investigation launched after finding the scandalous videos of human torture and sexual abuse. The videos were along weapons and drugs in a secret store in Samegrelo last week.
