Patriarch of All Georgia Ilia II has been hosted by Russian Patriarch Kiril in Moscow today. The meeting, on which Georgian patriarch expressed his hope of solving problems in Georgia-Russia relations, was held at the Residence of the Russian Patriarch. Later this evening, His Holiness is expected at the Moscow Savior Church, where Patriarch will be awarded with the Prize of the International Foundation for the Unity of Orthodox Christian Nations. The 13th ceremony will be led by the Patriarch of Russia. It is also expected that he will meet with representatives of the Russian leadership, including president Putin. Along the issues of improvement of Georgia-Russia relationship, Catholicos Patriarch will also discuss the transfer of the coffins of two Georgian kings - Vakhtang VI and Teimuraz I.
