Mostly minors make fake calls to 112
Police have identified the person who gave fake calls on bombs in two TV companies, Rustavi2 and Imedi. It was a minor in both cases. The anonymous call was made at the emergencies control center at 06:10 p.m. yesterday. The sappers, patrol police crews arrived at both TV companies to secure the buildings and make sure that there was no bomb. Indeed, as in all previous cases of fake calls, the sappers found no explosive device in either of the buildings. The person, who called to 112 about bomb in Imedi TV earlier yesterday, was also identified and it was a 13 year-old boy.
The police warn the citizens to abstain from fake call saying any person accused of causing false alarms will be punished with maximum strictness.
Police have also arrested two other persons - one for a false alarm about bomb at the parliament of Georgia, where the police found no explosive after special operation. The building was evacuated, due to which the work of the parliament was paralyzed.
Another grown-up was arrested for a fake call about bomb at the Khashuri office of the Procredit Bank. The sappers and police crews checked the building after evacuation and found no bomb as in all previous cases.
