President`s elections conducted on Georgian base in Afghanistan
Over 1500 Georgian soldiers serving in the ISAF mission in Afghanistan have already voted for their favorite presidential candidate on Sunday. The elections were conducted a week before the presidential elections in Georgia. The security measures on the special polling stations were reinforced by Georgian and American parties. The ballots have been already delivered to Georgia. Meanwhile, the CEC begins to print vote ballots in Georgia today. The ballots will be printed in ten various printing houses in Tbilisi and the process will be observed by the representatives of eight non-governmental organizations along with the members of the Central Election Commission of Georgia.
