President of Ukraine Vikto Yanukovych says he is ready to hold round table talks with the opposition over the ongoing anti-government protests, as thousands of protestors continued to block roads and camped outside government buildings in capital Kiev. He said yesterday that the round table could become a platform for understanding. He said no more violence would take place against the demonstrators.
Meanwhile, prosecurto`s office has summoned some journalists for interrogaton, asking to present video and photo material of the dispersal of the demonstrations in Ukraine`s capital.
Locals of the village of Ghurta of Khulo district of Adjara Region are expected to hold a large-scale protest rally. They are urging government to investigate the incident which took place in the village on March 8, 2014.

President of Georgia paid tribute to the memory of Georgian national hero, Zhiuli Shartava on his 70th anniversary. Giorgi Margvelashvili announced at the memorial today that by commemorating Zhiuli Shartava, he was also paying tribute to all, who fell in the tragedy of Abkhazia.
