Two members of the United National Movement of Georgia Giorgi Gviniashvili and Kakhaber Butskhrikidze have been summoned two the prosecutors office for interrogation with the status of witnesses. According to the prosecutor`s office, they will be questioned about the investigation of the murder of Sandro Girgvliani. Giorgi Gviniashvili is expected to go to the prosecutor`s office at 13:00, while Butskhrikidze has been summoned at 16:00. Both MPs say they will cooperate with the investigation. Giorgi Gviniashvili was Tbilisi prosecutor in the period, when Sandro Girgvliani was illegally confined and tortured to death. As for Kakhaber Butskhrikidze, he was the deputy chief of the penitentiary department in the period, when the four law enforcers were serving their sentences in prison. There are evidences that the four convicts were held in privileged conditions in prison and were often taken away from prison secretly.
