British Foreign Minister William Hague has begun his official visit to Georgia. The British senior diplomat arrived in Georgia last night and started meetings with Georgian politicians this morning. Mr. Hague has already discussed political situation, upcoming local government elections in Georgia and the threats of Russian aggression at the meeting with the representatives of the United National Movement opposition party, Davit Bakradze, Giga Bokeria and Giorgi Kandelaki. The meeting was held at the Tbilisi Marriot and it lasted half an hour.
Later today, the British Foreign Minister will hold meetings with the President and the Prime Minister of Georgia.
