Studies have been suspended up to 6th forms at all Georgia`s schools and kindergartens due to the numerous cases of infection with meningococcemia. The Minister of Health met with the Education Minister and the chief of the Disease Control Center and recommended to suspend classes for children up to 12 years-old as a preventive measure against epidemics. The disease control center will provide disinfection works at all schools until 27th of May, when the studies will be resumed.
