Georgian Prime Minister to meet with German Chancellor
The official part of the visit of Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Gharibashvili to Germany starts today. Irakli Gharibashvili will meet with German Chancellor Angela Merkel later today. The face-to-face meeting will be followed by an enlarged meeting of the governmental delegations. The top issue discussed by the parties is the signing of the Association Agreement with the EU, which is scheduled for June 27th. The prospects of Georgia`s integration into the NATO are also on the agenda of the meeting. The Prime Minister will also hold meeting with the president of Bundestag and participate in the Georgia-Germany business forum, which aims at introducing the business environment of Georgia to German investors.
