Davit Sergeenko holds meetings in Ukraine
Amid the Russian military incursion to Ukraine`s Eastern regions, Georgian Health Minister Davit Sergeenko holds meetings in Kiev to work out the action plan for the humanitarian assistance, which Georgia intends to provide to the partner nation. The number of the doctors and the types of the medicines, which wil be sent from Georgia to Ukraine, will be clarified today.
Davit Sergeenko says the schedule will be agreed by the evening after the meeting with the Minister of Health of Ukraine. By the end of his visit to Kiev, the sides will also agree on the details of the transfer of injured Ukrainian soldiers to Georgia for medical treatment.
`I think that by the end of the day, we`ll have already agreed the action plan with the working group and we`ll be able to provide real assistance; so the plan, which we`ll work out today, will be launched by the end of the week,` Davit Sergeenko said.
