Several tens of vulnerable families have occupied rooms at one of the hospitals in Tbilisi and refuse to free the building unless the ministry of health and social care provides them with lodgings, which will be handed over to them into legal possession. Minister of Labour, Health and Social Care Davit Sergienko has met with the representatives of the protestors and pledged to allocate funds for renting apartments to the vulnerable families. One part of the protestors accepted the offer, while others said that they would not approve this offer and would stay in the hospital`s building unless they are given lodgings into their possessions. This part of the protestors threatens to go on hunger strike.
