Security Secretary hosts U.S. senators

The delegation of U.S. Senators met with the State Security Secretary - Giga Bokeria invited John McCain, Joe Lieberman and Lindsey Graham at the working lunch, where other senior authorities were also present.
The senators and Georgian authorities discussed bilateral relations, the process of Georgia`s integration into NATO, regional security issues, situation on occupied territories and the support to the non-recognition police. The upcoming parliamentary elections were also discussed by the sides.
Later today, the senators will meet with the President of Georgia Mikheil Saakashvili and visit Batumi and Mestia resorts.

Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia has released a special statement regarding discovering a bunker in Samegrelo Region, where they found large quantity of explosive devices and subtances, camouflages, hand grenades, fire arms, phsycotropic pills and rugs like heroine, cocaine, opium, subutex and other.
