Ambassadors of the NATO member states have arrived in Georgia this morning. Foreign Diplomats will hold meetings with the foreign minister of Georgia, parliament chairperson and the state minister for Euro-Atlantic integration.
The NATO ambassadors will also meet with the representatives of the opposition parties and non-governmental sector. The diplomats will also visit Gori military base and meet with the IDPs residing in various villages of the Shida Kartli Region.
Georgian authorities have already assessed the visit of the ambassadors as yet another demonstration of support to Georgia amid the threats coming from Russia. They say this visit is very important especially when Russia is preparing for military trainings along Georgian borders.
