Aprasidze`s family demand re-investigation of Mestia special operation 2004

The family of Aprasidzes, whose members were killed and arrested during a special anti-terror operation in Mestia in 2004, demand re-investigation of the cases. The family has already applied to the office of the Chief Prosecutor.

They also demand their complaint filed at the prosecutor`s office in 2009 to be responded and the investigation launched. They were demanding institution of legal procedures against Mikheil Saakashvili, Giorgi Baramidze, Vano Merabishvili and Zurab Adeishvili.

The family of Aprasidzes one more demand – formation of a special group of prosecutors, which will study the cases of Gocha Aprasidze, Shmagi Aprasidze and Vladimer Muravyov, who were arrested during the Mestia special operation in 2004.
