Georgian diplomats are assembling in the Hotel Radisson to participate in the fourth ambassadorial, which opens today. Foreign Ministers of the NATO member and partner states, including top diplomats from Poland, Sweden and Fiji Islands are already in Tbilisi to participate in the event. Foreign Minister of Argentina will join them a bit later. NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen will also attend the ambassadorial with the status of guest and address its participants. Rasmussen is expected to arrive in Tbilisi tomorrow. Within the visit to Georgia, foreign diplomats have meetings with Georgian politicians on the agenda. They will discuss upcoming parliamentary elections, steps made towards Georgia`s integration into Euro-Atlantic structures and the country`s foreign policy priorities.
Nine persons have been arrested within the investigation launched after finding the scandalous videos of human torture and sexual abuse. The videos were along weapons and drugs in a secret store in Samegrelo last week.
Vladimer Bedukadze, former employ of the prison, who obtained and released the scandalous videos of prisoners` torture last autumn, has published an open letter to majority MP Tinatin Khidasheli.

Police have arrested four persons near the Samtredia Bridge in the city of Kutaisi today. According to the police, they are suspected of drug-dealing. Currently, the detainees are passing drug test.
