Minister of Defense of Georgia Irakli Alasania has appointed three of his deputies. They are - Levan Dolidze, who will be in charge of organization of reform policy and foreign relations; Irakli Gegechkori - will supervise security issues; Aleksandre Burchuladze will be responsible for controlling the financial modernization of the ministry funds. Burchuladze has already confirmed that their monitoring has revealed misappropriation of 113 million GEL of the ministry budget. After presenting the deputies, minister reiterated in his interview with media that his work would be transparent and open for public control. Irakli Alasania will nominate the chief of staffs of Georgian armed forces next week.
Nine persons have been arrested within the investigation launched after finding the scandalous videos of human torture and sexual abuse. The videos were along weapons and drugs in a secret store in Samegrelo last week.

Mikael Kadiyev was arrested for preparing a terror attack in Georgia and afterwards was charged with illegal keeping of arms.
