Georgia`s ruling party holding meetings in 11 towns

United National Movement, the ruling party of Georgia is holding meetings in 11 cities throughout the country today. Meetings of supporters and delegates of teh party will take place simultaneously in some cities.

The meeting has already started in Zugdidi town of Samegrelo Region in Western Georgia. Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili, who was introduced by his wife, is delivering a speech at the meeting now.

The UNM`s one of the most large-scale meetings is scheduled to take place in the Black Sea town of Batumi today. Delegates and supporters of the party have assembled on Square of Europe of the town.

Within its electoral campaign, the ruling party will hold meetings in capital Tbilisi and ten other towns of the country today. The Tbilisi meeting will be held in the Palace of Sports, while in regions the meetings will be held in the open air. Georgian president, speaker and the first number of the United National Movement will address people at today`s meetings and present their program - More Benefits to People.
