CEC starts printing ballot papers

The Central Election Commission of Georgia (CEC) has started printing ballot papers for the Elections to the Parliament of Georgia and the Supreme Council Elections of the Autonomous Republic of Ajara.
Printing is taking place in seven printing houses: LDT ”Stamba Com”, LDT “Kabadoni ”, LDT “Print Master”, LDT “Saari”, LDT “Tamarioni 2000”, LDT “Forma” and LDT “MVP”.
Over the next few days the following NGOs, as well as CEC members, will observe the printing process: the Center for Strategic Researches of State Administrative-Territorial Arrangement, the Research Center of Election Systems, Free Choice, New Generation New Initiative, and the Election Environment Development Centre. There will also be bilingual ballot papers printed for ethnic minorities: Armenian-Georgian and Azeri-Georgian.
