Earthquake damaged several buildings in Kakheti
Yesterday`s earthquake, which hit the territory along the Georgia-Azerbaijan border, has damaged several buildings in the village of Chiauri, Lagodekhi municipality, Kakheti Region.
The 5,4 magnitude quakes have cracked the walls and the floor of the local school, where a group of seismologists arrived there today and qualified the grade of damage as dangerous. They said studies cannot continue at the school, as the cracks and the damages are dangerous.
The earthquake has also damaged about a dozen houses in the same village.
