Georgian speaker inspects infrastructural projects in Kakheti Region

Chairman of Georgian Parliament visited today Kakheti Region in Eastern Georgia, where he got acquainted with the ongoing infrastructural projects.
Davit Bakradze inspected the asphalt layer and water pipeline system reconstruction works in Kostava and Marjanishvili streets in teh town of Gurjaani.
The speaker also met the local population and discussed with them their problems.
Davit Bakradze talked to the locals about details of the presidential initiative on state insurance of increasing the pension package in the country.
The speaker also visited the regional hospital, construction of which is expected to finish in February 2012.
Member of the parliament from United National Movement Giorgi Vashadze has expressed his concerns regarding the regress in country`s economy. MP Vashadze briefed at the Politiko press club today and said: `Process of economic development in Georgia is going backwards`.
The Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance has begun inspection at the municipal company The City of Lights, which works on lighting systems in the capital. The inspectors took away all financial documents from the company.
Georgian brandy Dzveli Kakheti will appear in Russia in a few days. Georgian wine maker company Kakhetian Winery received confirmation letter that the product is accepted by the Russian consumer watchdog.
Tbilisi is hosting a joint business forum of Georgia and Ukraine. Representatives of over 50 Ukrainian companies are attending the event, where the Georgian authorities are introducing Georgia`s business environment, tax policy and interest to attract foreign investments.

Georgia`s most popular mineral water Borjomi has been allowed to Russian market - Russian media has reported based on the information provided by the Russia`s consumer watchdog Rospotrebnadzor.
