Police have identified and arrested a minor girl, who assaulted two persons in Dighomi district of the capital yesterday. Police say she is a fifteen year-old girl, who has mental problems and her identity remains secret due to her age.
Police have obtained detailed information about the girl and said that her aggression was caused by her mental problems.
The girl is held at one of the police departments, where she is being interrogated. The girl assaulted a woman and one 14 year-old girl yesterday, trying to strangle them with a rope.
