Japaridze`s family demand proper punishment of killers

The family of Nika Japaridze, Georgian national who was killed on ethnic grounds in Moscow last year, says the discussion of the murder case may return to the Moscow city court. Mother of the Georgian victim of the assault by a Russian fascist organization says the article of the case was changed last year as the family hoped the murderers would be punished properly, but it did not happen so, therefore, the family wants to change the article of the criminal code in the case again and try the defendants for killing Japaridze on ethic grounds. The main suspect in the murder case is the member of the Russian fascist organization Ruski Verdict, whose accomplices are still wanted y Interpol.
