Christian Democratic Movement of Georgia proposes three new initiatives in regards with the health insurance programs to the government. Opposition party believes that the list of the medicines included in the insurance packages should be enhanced, high-technology examinations should be financed with 80% and the rehabilitation programs for the disabled persons should be also included in the budget-funded insurance service.
Magda Anikashvili of the party briefed in this regards today. She said improvement of the health programs was impossible without these three major changes. The opposition party plans to discuss their initiative at the plenary session of the parliament soon.
